Returns

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
• Certain items such as perfumes, cosmetics, and intimate wear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We allow size or product exchanges (subject to availability).
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product delivered was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures as proof. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
